Subject: Water Shortage problem.

Respected Sir,
                     
                      Myself Arjun S. a resident of this society would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the committee who under your guidance has been instrumental in our society bagging the BEST GREEN SPACE Award . We are thankful to your entire team. Having said that I would like to bring to your notice the hardships that we all are facing due to the on going water shortage problem. 
                       There are many points which if addressed could help in curbing the shortage. to being with it is observed that there is no fixed timetable that is followed for water supply. It is advisable that a timetable be put in place for water supply and the same would be displayed .This would facilitate us all in planning and scheduling our day. It also becomes our moral responsiblity to avoid wastage of water.  Even our society's utility staff ( plumber, gardner, car cleaner, ,house help and security guards) should be educated about the same. 
                        Hoping that these steps help us all in using water responsibily .
