TOPIC: complaining about lack of cleanliness in the society

Respected Sir/ Madam,

Subject: Lack of cleanliness in our Society.

                             Myself Arjun S. residing in this society, would firstly like to take this opportunity  to congratulate the committee who under your efficient supervision works with such precision and perfection because of which our society has bagged the BEST GARDEN AWARD in our sector.
We all are indeed very lucky to have a committee so dedicated to maintaining the green lungs of our society. Having said that, i believe its my duty as a vigilent resident to bring to your notice the on going cleanliness problem faced by us all.
                             From the path ways, the coridors, the staircase, the lifts and the swimming pool area is continuously being littered. Even though there are n number of dustbins placed strategically those are hardly being used. Also the garbage from our homes is not being collected on time resulting in the garbage bins getting toppled over by the stray dogs and cats that roam around in the society. The litter is resulting in mosquito problem being on a rise.
                            To reduce this problem it would help if our utility staff is instructed to clear the garbage at regular intervals. Also, it should be instructed to all the residents to try and fasten the garbage bag when keeping them out for collection. All these points highlighted on the society notice board would be helpful for everyone to follow and all  doing their bit in keeping our society clean.
